JavaScript
A programming language designed by Netscape and Sun Microsystems to add a level of interactivity to standard HTML web pages. Most browsers today support JavaScript and it is widely used across the internet.

JPEG
An image file format which is the acronym for the Joint Photographic Experts Group, the developers of the format. The JPEG format is ideal for compressing an image while retaining a high degree of colour and depth. The JPEG offers superior quality when compared against formats such as GIF.
